Payments Method :
TERON Swimwear accepts payments made with Paypal (Singapore/Overseas) and Inter-Bank Transfer (Singapore).
Free Delivery Charge :
We provide free delivery for both Singapore and Overseas order via Registered mail/Standard Register Airmail.
Delivery time for in-stock items :
Standard Register Airmail – 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment.
Worldwide Delivery :
We offer worldwide delivery of your orders. However, please note that we will not be able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Delivery time will depend on the availability of stock as well as the delivery destination. In the event that we do not have the particular design of trunk of your choice readily available, we will be sending you an email notifying you the date you can expect to receive your order. Generally, give us an additional of 5-7 working days to get your order ready.
Customs and Import Duties :
Your orders may be subject to customs or import duties/taxes when they reach your country. Please note that TERONSWIM will not be responsible for any customs or import duties/taxes and you may have to pay for these duties before your orders can clear the customs of your country. Please check with your local Customs Office for details on your country’s customs regulations.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
For overseas order :
Go to www.singpost.com and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to see the status of your delivery. Please allow some time for the website to reflect the status of the order.
Returns/Exchange Policy :
At TERON Swimwear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in our products and put in every effort to make sure that our products are of the best quality. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your TERON’s trunk, kindly return it to us within 10 days (for delivery within Singapore) or 21 days (for delivery outside Singapore) from the purchase date with a note clearly stating your full name, email address and the reason(s) of return. We will assist you with a prompt exchange of the same value as your purchase. WE APOLOGIZE FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO FACILITATE A REFUND.
Kindly note that exchanged item(s) must be of equal or lesser value than the original merchandise, and note that we are not able to accept the following exchange for used trunks and damaged trunks. Original item is required.
Other notes on return/exchange :
Shipping, postage and/or handling fees incurred from the return will be borne by you and will NOT be reimbursed; If your exchange is due to defects of production or errors made by us in our processing/delivery of your order, we will absorb the shipping, postage and/or handling charges (excluding custom and import duties) incurred from the subsequent delivery. Otherwise, shipping, postage and/or handling charges of the subsequent delivery will be borne by you and we will only send the exchanged item out after we received these amounts from you.
